Getting Property Data

One way to obtain home and property information (at least for Hingham, MA)

Go to this page on the Town of Hingham Website and Click this “Search Assessment Database” link on the page.

That brings you then to this “Enter” page where you click “Enter Online Database”

And now that brings you to the Property Lookup with your cursor in this search bar:

And now you can search by address, owner, Mblu (map, block, lot and unit unique parcel identifier assigned to each individual property in the Town)

Lets say I want to look up a home. I know its on Accord Pond Drive. I start to type A C C O and up pops a collection of available homes on the street: 12, 7. 5, etc.  

So the house I want to look at is NN Accord Pond Drive. And ‘Lo and Behold!’, Its got tons of information, including book and page:
